Revenue is from paid subscriptions and operator-submitted term-sheet exchange (LOI submission unlocks the full tracker archive). No lender money. No affiliate links to lender products. No referral fees.

Privacy

Submitted term sheets are anonymized at intake (see methodology). We retain the anonymized rows; we never publish identifiable individual submissions. Email subscriptions are stored encrypted; we do not sell or share subscriber lists.

Author conflicts — including any operator's role at a publication-adjacent fund or operator entity — are disclosed in the author bio at /about. Authors recuse from coverage where conflicts apply.
